Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations for services provided by WatchBots OÜ. It should be read in conjunction with our main Terms and Conditions.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, which include real-time data processing, API access, and the provision of proprietary software, all fees paid for Services are final and non-refundable once the service has been provisioned or accessed. We provide intangible, irrevocable goods.

2. Service-Specific Agreements

Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis if explicitly stated in a separate, written service agreement signed by both the Customer and an authorized representative of WatchBots OÜ. Enterprise and institutional clients may have specific refund clauses detailed in their bespoke contracts.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation by Customer: You may terminate your service agreement by providing us with thirty (30) days' written notice as per our Terms and Conditions. Upon cancellation, you will remain liable for all fees and obligations incurred up to the effective date of termination. No refunds will be issued for any fees paid for the period up to the termination date or for any prepaid fees for future service periods.

3.2. Cancellation by WatchBots OÜ: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for any breach of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any fees paid.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback for a payment made to us, you will be in breach of your payment obligations. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, you will remain liable for the full transaction amount plus any associated fees, fines, or assessments levied on WatchBots OÜ by our payment processor or a payment scheme as a result of the chargeback.
