As a company registered in the Republic of Estonia, a member state of the European Union, WatchBots OÜ is subject to Estonian and EU export control laws. Furthermore, as our services are used globally, we are also cognizant of other international sanctions and export control regimes.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all services, software, and technology provided by WatchBots OÜ, including but not limited to our AI Defense & Human Enhancement Systems, APIs, and proprietary platforms. Our services, particularly those related to defense, security, and counter-terrorism, are considered sensitive and may be classified as dual-use items.

3. Compliance with Regulations

WatchBots OÜ is committed to complying with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including:

• • The sanctions and restrictive measures imposed by the European Union.
• • The laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia.
• • The sanctions programs administered by the United Nations Security Council.
• • Other applicable international sanctions regimes.

4. Prohibited Destinations, Entities, and End-Use

The services of WatchBots OÜ may not be sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, or used, either directly or indirectly, in:

• • Any country or region subject to a comprehensive embargo or sanctions by the European Union, the United Nations, or the Republic of Estonia.
• • Any entity or individual listed on any applicable restricted party list, such as the EU's Consolidated Financial Sanctions List.
• • Any activities related to the design, development, production, or use of nuclear materials, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, or for any other military end-use in a country subject to an arms embargo.

5. Customer Responsibility

As a customer, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned or embargoed country or on any restricted party list. You further agree that you will not use WatchBots OÜ's services for any prohibited end-use or provide access to any prohibited entity or individual.

You are responsible for complying with any local laws in your jurisdiction which may impact your right to import, export, or use the services provided by WatchBots OÜ.

6. Verification and Due Diligence

WatchBots OÜ reserves the right to conduct due diligence on any potential or existing customer to ensure compliance with this policy. This may include requesting additional information about your identity, location, and intended use of our services. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service to any customer who does not comply with this policy or where we believe there is a risk of violating export control laws.
