Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how WatchBots OÜ delivers its digital services to you ("the Customer").

1. Nature of Services

WatchBots OÜ provides digital services, including but not limited to AI Defense & Human Enhancement Systems, Bot Defense & Fraud Prevention, AI-Enhanced Learning Systems, and Content Risk Management. These services are delivered primarily through an Application Programming Interface (API) and access to proprietary software platforms. There are no physical goods to be shipped.

2. Service Provisioning and Delivery

2.1. Account Creation:

Upon successful completion of our customer onboarding process and agreement to our Terms and Conditions, your WatchBots OÜ account will be created.

2.2. Access Credentials:

Once your account is active, we will provide you with the necessary credentials to access our services. This may include:

  • • API keys
  • • Usernames and passwords
  • • Access tokens

These credentials will be delivered securely to the contact email address provided during your registration. You are responsible for the security of these credentials.

2.3. API Access:

Access to our API is delivered electronically and is available immediately upon the provision of your API key. You can begin integrating our API into your systems as per the documentation provided.

2.4. Software Access:

If your service agreement includes access to a software platform or dashboard, this will be provided via a secure web portal. Login details will be delivered as described in section 2.2.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • • Standard Services: Access credentials for our standard API services are typically generated and delivered within one (1) business day of your agreement being finalized and payment being confirmed.
  • • Enterprise and Custom Solutions: For enterprise-level or custom-built solutions, the delivery timeline will be specified in your individual service agreement. This will cover phases for consultation, development, testing, and final deployment.

4. Technical Infrastructure and Deployment

As outlined in our service description, we offer hybrid deployment options (on-premise and cloud). The delivery method for on-premise solutions will be governed by a separate, detailed project plan and service agreement. Cloud-based services are delivered via our secure servers.

5. Confirmation of Delivery

A service is considered "delivered" when you have been provided with the necessary credentials (e.g., API key, login details) to access and use the service. We will send a confirmation email to your registered address upon delivery.

6. Support and Documentation

Comprehensive documentation for our API and software is available to all customers to assist with integration and use. Our technical support team is available to assist with any issues related to the delivery or access of our services. Please contact us at [email protected] for support.
